If necessary clients can request our telephone answering service which is based in one of our offices in Britain, USA, Cyprus or other location. All calls are registered in a special book. The following options are available:
- phone messages for the client are taken and held until the client calls in and instructs us how to proceed
- Company Express Group personnel will contact the client at a fixed time of the day and pass on to him all messages received
Separate telephone/fax numbers are installed for the client's exclusive use. A personal secretary will answer with your company name every time and answer according to instructions given by the client.
