Company Express Israel can provide its clients with a telephone answering service upon request. The service can be provided from one of our international offices in Britain, USA, Cyprus, Israel and other offshore locations. All calls are registered and logged for the client’s convenience.
Our telephone answering service includes the following options:
- Phone calls are received on behalf of the client, messages are registered and logged and held until the client calls to receive them or provides guidance as to how we should proceed.
- Phone calls are received on behalf of the client, messages are registered and logged, and then a Company Express Israel representative will contact the client by pre-agreed means and at pre-agreed intervals (daily, weekly or monthly) and at a pre-agreed time of day in order to pass the messages received.
Company Express Israel will install dedicated telephone/fax for the client’s exclusive use. A personal secretary will answer calls stating the client’s company name or follow any other call-answering instruction provided by the client.
